1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using the CrackSarkar platform, registering an account, enrolling in any course, or making a purchase, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CrackSarkar, governed by the laws of India.

2. Eligibility

To use CrackSarkar, you must:

3.1 Registration Details

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify CrackSarkar immediately at cracksarkar@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. CrackSarkar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

3.4 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in immediate suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

4. Platform Content and Services

CrackSarkar offers a combination of free and paid educational content designed for competitive exam preparation, including but not limited to:

• Study materials, notes, and topic-wise subtopic breakdowns
• Practice questions, quizzes, and mock tests
• Paid courses and subscription plans
• Educational videos and reference content

4.1 Free Content

Certain content on CrackSarkar is provided free of charge. Access to free content may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Paid Courses and Subscriptions

Access to premium content requires payment through one of our supported payment methods (detailed in Section 5). Paid content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. Redistribution, sharing, or resale of paid content is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Content Accuracy

CrackSarkar strives to ensure that all educational content is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that the content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific examination. Users are encouraged to verify information with official sources.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments for paid courses and subscriptions on CrackSarkar are processed securely through third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), and Paytm. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment provider.

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. CrackSarkar reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5.2 Payment Processing

CrackSarkar does not store your payment card details or UPI credentials. All transactions are handled by our payment partners in accordance with applicable payment industry standards (PCI-DSS).

5.3 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed transaction, please wait 5–7 business days for any deducted amount to be automatically reversed to your original payment method before contacting support. For unresolved issues, reach us at cracksarkar@gmail.com.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

CrackSarkar offers a 30-day refund policy on paid courses and subscriptions, subject to the conditions outlined below.

6.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 30 (thirty) calendar days of your purchase date if:

• You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
• The course content is substantially different from its described curriculum.
• There is a proven technical issue preventing access that CrackSarkar is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

6.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is submitted after 30 days of purchase.
• More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded.
• The purchase was made using a promotional code, discount, or offer that explicitly stated no refunds.
• The request is for a subscription renewal that was not cancelled before the renewal date.

6.3 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email cracksarkar@gmail.com with your registered email address, order ID, and the reason for your request. Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

6.4 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid content until that date. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods unless the request qualifies under Section 6.1.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the CrackSarkar platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, audio, and software, is the exclusive property of CrackSarkar or its content licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

7.1 License to Users

Upon accessing the platform (and upon purchase, for paid content), CrackSarkar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You must not, without prior written permission from CrackSarkar:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks.

7.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content to the platform (e.g., comments, feedback, or forum posts), you grant CrackSarkar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the platform’s services.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using CrackSarkar:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or CrackSarkar’s servers or systems.
• Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing others to access the platform through your account.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the platform’s functionality.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content from the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or CrackSarkar staff.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Disclaimers

THE CRACKSARKAR PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRACKSARKAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• That the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
• That results obtained from using the platform (including examination outcomes) will be accurate or reliable.

CrackSarkar makes no guarantee that any course or material will result in passing any examination or achieving any specific result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrackSarkar, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or educational opportunity.

In no event shall CrackSarkar’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the amount paid by you to CrackSarkar in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. CrackSarkar does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

Payment services are provided by third-party processors (Razorpay, UPI networks, Paytm). CrackSarkar is not responsible for any errors, outages, or issues arising from these third-party payment services.

12. Termination

CrackSarkar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or CrackSarkar.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to remain in effect.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules and regulations thereunder.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of CrackSarkar shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
